Usually we take it for granted that investors, politicians and urban planners are shaping our urban environment. A smooth traffic flow and growing sales areas determine the design parameters. In contrast to the abstract space of experts the space of users is concrete and subjective, as Henri Lefebvre points out: a lived space of everyday activities. What if the inhabitants got access to their habitat? What would a city look like if they could decide?
